By using the CPAP Kuwait website (cpapkuwait.com), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the website.
Product Description
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, and images displayed on the website. However, actual colors may vary slightly from images due to screen settings. We reserve the right to update prices and specifications without prior notice.
Ordering via WhatsApp
All orders are placed via WhatsApp. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with product details, total price, and expected delivery time. The order is considered confirmed after you approve the details sent.
Payment Terms
We accept cash on delivery or bank transfer. Full payment is required upon receiving the product. Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery
We deliver to all areas in Kuwait. Delivery within 1 business day for orders confirmed before 2 PM. Delivery times may vary during public holidays or exceptional circumstances.
Returns & Warranty
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Masks and silicone cushions cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons. The CPAP machine is warranted for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
Limitation of Liability
CPAP Kuwait is not liable for any damages resulting from product misuse, failure to follow usage instructions, or medical recommendations. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

Governing Law
